How do I order a print?
Please visit www.artladymanor.etsy.com to order online. If you don't see the package you are looking for, please check my ordering page to download my ordering form. You may order from me directly or request a custom order to be listed in my shop.
How do I send a digital image?
You may email me at preciseportrayals@comcast.net and attach a jpg file. I cannot accept files larger than 9mb.
I can work from either traditional photographic prints (up to 8x10 size) or digital photo images. Please note, we do not work from negatives, slides, or computer printouts. You MUST own the rights to any photo you submit or have permission from the photographer.
Digital image guidelines:
Scanned images must be at least 200 dpi. (Or 300 dpi if images need to be enlarged more than 130%) Pictures from a digital camera must be from a 4 megapixel camera or better. When emailing pictures, please send the original high resolution file. Some email programs will reduce the size of your image to be veiwable in an email. Please do not use those settings. If you are not sure how to send a file, please email us at preciseportrayals@comcast.net.
What format should I send my photos?
JPGs are preferred, but you may also send a TIF file. Please note: if you choose to send a TIF, it must be less than 9mb if you wish to email us the file.
My photos are not digital. What should I do?
You may mail us the print. Order online at www.artladymanor.etsy.com or visit the order page and download the order form. Fill out the form and mail it with your print. Contact information will be on the ordering form.
How much does each product cost?
The price will depend on the size of print you choose and the number of photos submitted for a sketch. There is a one time rendering fee of $25 each additional photo. Once you have a portrait drawing created, you may order as many prints as you like for a nominal fee. Download my price list from the order page .
How much is the shipping?
